Crop 2010
The first half of this year has seen the best start to the crop season in many years – with plenty of hope for a great finish as well!
Protect your investment by allowing us to place your crop insurance early.
It costs no more to insure, and ensures that your crop is protected in the event of an early hailstorm.
You can still revise it at any time until 11 October.
We also offer the new “After Harvest” cover through Allianz.

Personal Income
I speak from my own family’s recent experience when I suggest that Personal Income Protection insurance may be worth considering for those whose farm, business or job depends on the physical fitness of the principal worker.
This cover allows up to 85% of your usual earnings for up to 2 years if you are injured and can’t do the duties of your usual job.
A common scenario is to fracture a limb in an accident, which can prevent you from working for many weeks or months.
This cover would pay you some income to live on and/or pay hired help while you are recovering.
Contact us for more info, as an application questionnaire is a first step. Generally, cover and premium will depend on your occupation, age, fitness and sporting activities.
This cover is usually tax deductible.

Farm Vehicles
Just a reminder that under a Farm Motor policy, your farm utes, trucks and machinery are insured for the “Sum Insured or Market Value - Whichever is the Lesser”
Therefore it is a good idea to review the market values of your vehicles and machinery at renewal to avoid paying too much for your insurance.
